The three tracks by Alex Wurman, “Berlin,” “Cautionary Tale” and “Going Crazy Coast to Coast,” blend classic piano jazz and dark electric guitar melodies underscored with stand up bass and smooth brush-drumming into a blend that just reeks of whiskey, cigarettes and danger. Add in tunes such as Esquivel's campy “Mucha Muchacha” and Donovan's famed “Sunshine Superman,” and the soundtrack delivers the musical flavor of the period and the film in a well-woven tapestry of diverse sounds.
